Airframe Components

Freeform with Airtight & Watertight Protection

Designed to resist pressure differentials and environmental factors, our airframe silicone seals and other parts mechanically reinforce both structural and dynamic components.

They are engineered to enhance aerodynamic efficiency, reduce noise, and maintain cabin pressurization and thermal insulation.

They offer elongation values ranging from 80% to 600%, ensuring excellent flexibility. They perform reliably across a wide temperature range of -60 °C to 300°C.

From Mechanical Reinforcement to Aerodynamic Performance

Built to Withstand It All

They resist compression, corrosion, and vibration, while remaining both airtight and watertight. Their long-lasting performance helps lower Direct Operating Costs (DOC) by minimizing downtime and maintenance needs.

Functional & Lightweight

Our seals and gaskets combine mechanical reinforcement with minimal weight, helping reduce structural mass and improve energy efficiency through lower energy consumption.

Soft, Flexible & Elastic

They easily adapt to any configuration, no matter how complex, ensuring a perfect fit even on intricate or irregular surfaces. Easy to install, they offer excellent sealing performance under movement or thermal variation.

No Tooling Costs

Our patented Dynamic Molding technology allows us to print designs without a mold but with high repeatability. We offer multiple designs and materials at no additional engineering cost.

Patented Manufacturing Process

DYNAMIC MOLDING TECHNOLOGY

Silicone is printed directly into a self-adjusting granular medium that holds the viscous material in place after each movement. This dynamic mold eliminates the need for support structures and creates a near-zero-gravity environment, enabling unlimited internal and external geometrical complexity.

This allows for the printing of seals and other complex shapes with varying internal geometry or hardness throughout the same piece, ensuring the perfect fit of our airframe components into complex configurations.
