Our Fire-Resistant Soft Enhanced LSR Silicones for Aerospace

By combining our silicone with other materials during 3D printing, we can produce parts made of brand new enhanced silicone materials that are soft, elastic, lightweight, and durable.

Our products can withstand exposure to a kerosene flame at 1,200°C for 15 minutes without flame propagation, providing high-quality thermal protection.

They meet the requirements of the ISO 2685 standard, which is specifically required in the aerospace industry due to its high thermal demands.

Our Soft Enhanced Silicone LSR Materials for Conductivity and Electromagnetic Shielding

The integration of a granular medium into silicone during our additive manufacturing process enables the 3D printing of enhanced silicone materials, resulting in functionalized parts with electrical conductivity (up to 100 S/cm or less than 10⁻² Ω·cm) and electromagnetic shielding (up to 80dB, from 50 kHz to 10 GHz). These properties are achieved without compromising the elasticity and durability of the original silicone.

These enhanced silicone materials offer a broad range of applications, including in the military, defense, and aerospace sectors, for electromagnetic equipment, conductive seals, and flexible electronic components.
