Specialist in silicone and soft composite materials

Our medical-grade LSR injectable silicones for healthcare

To ensure the safety of our customers, our Class 1 silicone medical devices have been certified safe for skin contact by the Medical Research Organisation NAMSA France.

This certification of our raw materials includes the following biocompatibility tests:

Cytotoxicity tests (ISO 10993-5 standard)
Skin irritation tests (ISO 10993-10 standard)
Skin sensitisation tests (ISO 10993-10 standard)

Our fire-resistant LSR soft composites for aerospace

By combining our silicone with other materials during 3D printing, we can produce parts made of brand new composite materials that are soft, elastic, lightweight, and durable.

Our products can withstand exposure to a kerosene flame at 1,200°C for 15 minutes without flame propagation, providing high-quality thermal protection

They meet the ISO 2685 standard, which is specifically required in the aerospace industry due to its high thermal demands.

Our LSR soft composites for conductivity and electromagnetic shielding

The integration of a granular medium into silicone during our additive manufacturing process enables the 3D printing of composites, resulting in functionalized parts with electrical conductivity (up to 100 S/cm or less than 10⁻² Ω·cm) and electromagnetic shielding (up to 90dB for both HF and LF). These properties are achieved without compromising the elasticity and durability of the original silicone.

These composite materials offer a broad range of applications, including in the military, defense, and aerospace sectors, for electromagnetic equipment, conductive seals, and flexible electronic components.
