Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)
We provide solutions for the initial installation of components on new aircraft. This involves providing new generation augmented silicone materials with exceptional properties such as fire resistance, electromagnetic shielding, conductivity and abrasion resistance – all developed internally by the company. Our ability to design and manufacture parts with complex geometries that are both soft and functional allows us to customize our solutions to each client’s application.
Spare or replacement parts (MRO)
Our maintenance, repair and overhaul services are aimed at prolonging the lifespan, maintaining the original performance of the equipment and reduce Aircraft on Ground (AOG) time.
- Historical maintenance: Parts made to original specs to maintain performance of existing fleets.
- Preventive maintenance: Parts supplied for planned replacements to avoid failures.
- Corrective maintenance: Fast replacement of faulty seals to restore performance after failure.
Retrofit parts
With our patented Dynamic Molding technology we can produce limited but precise series of specialized parts needed for specific retrofit campaigns. We can customize them to their existing specifications or upgrade them with new functionalities. This service aims to limit costly downtime for aircraft in maintenance and offers an economic alternative to replacing an entire fleet.
Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA)
