A unique expertise in 3D printing

3Deus Dynamics is a CNRS company with expertise in 3D printing of silicone and soft composites. It enables you to develop flexible silicone parts with complex shapes that are impossible to make using current technologies, and to provide them with specific functionalities.

Our technologies

One of the key pillars of our unique expertise is our ability to select the best Silicone 3D printing technology according to the characteristics required by our customer. As each process has its own advantages and disadvantages, we are the only ones to have the 3 main processes in-house and to know the differences perfectly:

LDM: Liquid deposition modeling
LDM: Liquid deposition modeling with support
DYMO: Dynamic Molding – patented process

Our materials

Silicone 3D printing is much more recent than other types of 3D printing. Silicone reacts specifically because it is a viscous material that is difficult to use in additive manufacturing.
At the same time, silicone can easily be combined with other materials to produce functionalised parts.
Our team of PhDs in materials, in close collaboration with our engineers specialised in additive manufacturing, are able to choose the best combinations of materials for the problems encountered.

Our unique expertise in 3D printing is based on two pillars

A team of doctors and engineers specialized in materials and 3D printing
Unrivalled expertise in silicone additive manufacturing
Santé

For the healthcare market

This expertise enables us to address markets such as healthcare, because we can manufacture reproductions of organs and soft tissues enabling:

Practitioners to train before complex surgery
Training young surgeons
Testing medical devices in vitro before moving on to in vivo tests
Co-developing class I to III medical devices
Industries

For industrial markets

We can also serve more industrial markets, as we are able to produce composite parts with complex shapes by adding functions such as:

Fire resistance
Electrical conductivity
Shielding
Damping on impact
Tear resistance

Committed to environmental protection

Thanks to our low environmental impact additive manufacturing processes, our customers make significant savings on material and development costs. Our benefits include no silicone reformulation, minimal waste, a shorter supply chain, relocation of production sites close to end-users, reduced transport emissions, and the use of recyclable and reusable materials for printing.
