Feasibility study
The 3Deus Start offer is an in-depth analysis that gives you initial feedback on which 3D printing technology your project is compatible with.
If no further technical development is required, you can proceed with the 3Deus Print offer. If technical developments are required, they can be carried out as part of the 3Deus Innov offer.
Co-development
Our manufacturing technologies are compatible with a wide range of existing materials and granular mediums (powders), therefore our value proposition is to co-develop innovative products.
This option may include different components, such as the use of innovative granular mediums, the formulation of new materials, and/or design features made possible only by our patented silicone additive manufacturing process.
In this phase, we will develop a reference prototype for the project. Following that, we will focus on optimizing the prototype’s repeatability and productivity, preparing for mass production of the part.
Serial production
Our third offer is a print-on-demand service.
We offer our customers the production of parts in small to medium-sized series, following project validation through the 3Deus Start offer, and, if necessary, the 3Deus Innov phase for prototype development before moving to mass production.
For medical applications, we have a dedicated ISO 13485-certified production unit, ensuring compliance with all sector-specific requirements.
