Patient-specific Anatomical Models

As Unique as Every Patient: A Truly Patient-Specific Simulation

The Ethical Choice

Our advanced silicone anatomical models significantly reduce the time and resources required for medical device testing and validation compared to the use of animals and cadavers.

Unmatched Anatomical Precision

Built from patient DICOM data, each model reflects the exact morphology and pathology of an individual case — capturing variations standard models can’t.

Compatible with Medical Imagery

Fully compatible with CT scanners, allowing real-time visualization and image-guided procedures with high precision.

Perfusable for Flow and Pressure Testing

Supports pulsed flow at human blood pressure levels (typically 30–150 mmHg) and body temperature (37 °C), using perfusion liquids with blood-like viscosity to mimic how tissues deform under real-life conditions.

Designed for Repeated Use Without Degradation

Models retain their shape after stretching or compression and resist fraying, tearing, and UV exposure — ensuring consistent performance over multiple sessions.

Convenient and Easy to Use

Easily transportable, with zero maintenance requirements and easy to clean — with water, by hand, or in a machine.

How to order a patient-specific 3D model?

We will be happy to guide you through each stage, ensuring our model aligns perfectly with your intended use.

DICOM File Collection

Share with us your patient’s anonymized DICOM file from CT or MRI imaging. These scans contain all the information required to recreate the exact morphology of the patient’s anatomy.

Model Design

The imaging data is then processed to highlight the anatomy of interest within the scan. The resulting file is reviewed and approved by a clinician to ensure accuracy and faithful representation.

Model 3D Printing

From the validated design, we generate an STL file — the digital foundation for 3D printing. Your patient-specific silicone model is then 3D-printed using our Dynamic Molding process.

At 3Deus Dynamics, customization isn’t a feature —
it’s our foundation.

Julien Barthès, CEO

Our 3D-printed silicone models allow medical professionals to train, test, and refine procedures — safely and confidently, before treating a real patient.

Each model is manufactured on site, in small or medium production runs, to ensure consistent quality and full control.

Real-World Use Cases

Clinicians and educators across Europe rely on our models for their anatomical accuracy and lifelike haptic feedback.
