Liquid Deposition Modeling


LDM is an additive manufacturing process that extrudes a viscous material, such as silicone, onto a plate, layer by layer.

This technique is particularly well-suited for creating simple geometries that do not include overhanging structures or those that remain stable above 30°C.

The standard materials used in injection molding must be reformulated to achieve optimal results. This adjustment helps prevent the structure from collapsing under the influence of gravity during the deposition process.

Liquid Deposition Modeling + Support


The LDM + support process involves using water-soluble supports during printing to expand the design possibilities of LDM by minimizing collapse issues.

However, the addition of supports increases the manufacturing time and requires the reformulation of standard materials (typically used in injection molding). This process is ideal for semi-complex shapes.

Our patented “Dynamic Molding” process


“Dynamic Molding” is an innovative concept in additive manufacturing that eliminates the need for external supports, reduces manufacturing time, lowers costs, and offers greater design freedom, particularly for complex geometries.

The printing process occurs within a controlled granular medium (powder), which acts as a dynamic mold system for the material distribution.

This granular medium supports the material throughout the printing process, self-repairs after each movement of the print head, and is 100% reusable.
