In particular, we have developed and patented a disruptive process that does away with gravity, giving you total design freedom.

Liquid Deposition Modeling

LDM is a material extrusion additive manufacturing process that involves depositing a viscous material such as silicone on a plate. The material is deposited layer by layer. This process is perfectly suited to simple geometries that do not have a overhanging structure above 30°C.
This process requires reformulation of the standard materials (used in injection molding) to limit the collapse of the structure under the effect of gravity.

LDM + Support

Liquid Deposition Modeling + Support

The LDM + support process consists of using a water-soluble support during printing to push back the limits of shapes accessible in LDM by limiting collapse phenomena.
However, the use of a support increases manufacturing time and also requires reformulation of standard materials (used in injection molding). It is suitable for semi-complex shapes.

Dynamic Molding (Patented)

Process patented by 3Deus Dynamics
Dynamic Molding is a radical new concept in additive manufacturing by material deposition. Printing is carried out within a controlled granular medium (powder), acting as a dynamic mold system in which the manufacturing materials (inks) are distributed. The granular medium supports the material during printing and is self-repairing after each movement of the print head, making the granular medium 100% reusable.
