Patented Manufacturing Process

DYNAMIC MOLDING TECHNOLOGY

Unlike conventional processes that rely on layering, braiding, or gluing, our patented Dynamic Molding technology delivers fully homogeneous parts from the first print (Part number = 1).

The silicone is printed directly into a granular medium (powder) that self-corrects after each movement, keeping the viscous silicone in place.

As the part is printed, a new enhanced silicone material is formed in real time, combining silicone and powder to achieve unique mechanical properties.

Fewer steps mean a faster, more precise, and repeatable production process, especially for complex geometries.
