3Deus Dynamics will participate in the Paris Air Show 2025, the world’s oldest and largest aerospace industry exhibition, from June 16th to 22nd, in Paris-Le Bourget, France.

• Hall 2B – booth C140 in the GIFAS StartAir Area
• Hall 4 – Booth C55 in the Région Sud Area

Tackling aerospace challenges with Dynamic Molding

We address critical challenges in the aerospace industry across Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM), Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), Retrofit, and Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA) markets.

By producing parts that are functional and light, we help reduce aircraft structural weight, cut fuel consumption, and boost operational efficiency.

Our ability to quickly deliver tailor-made parts in small to medium series means faster turnaround and less downtime for your fleet.

Our patented Dynamic Molding technology allows us to 3D-print seals and gaskets, which break the mold. They are simultaneously:

• Freeform – No limits in design or geometry
• Flexible – Soft and elastic
• Functional – built for fire resistance (ISO 2685), electrical conductivity, EMC shielding (military standards) or shock absorption
• Fully homogeneous – They don’t require the qualification of individual components, Part number = 1.

Our Silicone Parts Are Ready for Takeoff

Numerous R&D studies and tests carried out on our seals and gaskets enable us to show concrete examples of parts and applications made possible by our innovative Dynamic Molding technology. Whether to replace obsolete parts or to equip entirely new aircraft, our custom seals and gaskets are designed to meet the standards of highly regulated industries, and we expect to have the first one in flight by the end of 2025.
