3Deus Dynamics Inaugurates its New Production Site in Rillieux-la-Pape
A key step in the industrialization of Dynamic Molding and 3Deus Dynamics’ commitment to an eco-friendly industry.
3Deus Dynamics, a pioneer in additive manufacturing of soft silicone materials through its innovative Dynamic Molding process, has officially inaugurated its new production site in Rillieux-la-Pape. This opening marks a strategic milestone for the company, underscoring its commitment to industrial innovation and sustainability.
At this event, clients, partners, collaborators, and investors had the opportunity to discover the unique advantages of Dynamic Molding. This process stands out due to the absence of thermal and moisture regulation, as well as the lack of chemical reformulation of raw materials and support structures. Compatible with a wide range of silicones on the market and organic/inorganic powders, it represents a further step towards a greener industry.
Strong Institutional and Industrial Support
The inauguration was highlighted by the presence of numerous key figures, underscoring the strategic importance of this site for local economic development. The Mayor of Rillieux-la-Pape, Alexandre Vincendet, and his first deputy, Julien Smati, reaffirmed their support for innovation and the development of local infrastructure.
Members of Parliament Jean-Luc Fugit, Thomas Gassilloud, and Cyrille Isaac-Sibille, advocates for innovation and French industries, also honored the event with their presence. Representatives from the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region and the Lyon Metropolis, Sophie Blachère and Emeline Beaume respectively, highlighted their essential role in fostering sustainable and innovative technologies in the region.
Approximately one hundred guests attended the event, including clients, collaborators, partners, and investors.
A New Production Site to Accelerate Industrialization
The new 3Deus Dynamics production site in Rillieux-la-Pape marks the beginning of an intensive industrialization phase for Dynamic Molding. Equipped with custom-designed industrial production machines by ATG Technologie, this site is set up to meet the specific needs of high-value-added markets, such as personalized medicine. Operating in an ISO 13485-certified environment, these facilities enable the production of custom medical devices with exceptional precision and a high level of safety.
Julien Barthès, President of 3Deus Dynamics, stated, “The inauguration of this site is a true collective success. I would like to extend my warmest thanks to all the teams for their dedication and unwavering commitment. This production site is proof of our ability to transform innovation into concrete industrial solutions while staying true to our values of sustainability and technological excellence.”
Ambition for Expansion and Innovation
3Deus Dynamics does not stop here. The company is entering a new phase of industrial research to develop innovative technological solutions, with a particular focus on the aerospace and defense sectors. These efforts aim to address current challenges in material sustainability and supply chain reduction, aligning with evolving regulations. 3Deus Dynamics’ new materials will offer solutions that are more efficient, lightweight, and resistant to varied climate conditions, thereby contributing to a more environmentally responsible industry.
In this context, the company is also expanding its technological solutions by offering services for all 3D silicone extrusion processes.
