3Deus Dynamics, a leader in 3D printing with its innovative Dynamic Molding technology, today announced an agreement with La Pâtisserie Numérique, opening new possibilities in the world of gastronomy and food printing.
As the exclusive operator of Dynamic Molding patents resulting from research by Dr. Edwin Joffrey Courtial and Dr. Christophe Marquette (CNRS, UCBL, CPE), 3Deus Dynamics is granting La Pâtisserie Numérique a sublicense for pastry applications, enabling the use of this revolutionary technology.

About La Pâtisserie Numérique
La Pâtisserie Numérique was founded by Marine Coré-Baillais, an ESSEC graduate who honed her expertise at Sculpteo—a global pioneer in 3D printing—where she served as Deputy CEO.
In 2018, driven by her passion for pastry, she earned a CAP (professional certification) from the École de Boulangerie et de Pâtisserie de Paris, culminating in an internship at Le Meurice under Cédric Grolet’s team.
